1. About us

Micro Wave Creation ("we", "us", "our") provides digital products, online courses, and AI automation services to Burmese professionals and global customers. By using our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance

By continued use of our service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Acceptable use

When using purchased accounts, you must strictly follow MWC's specific usage guidelines and the original platform's policies. Unlawful use, fraud, or spam is prohibited. Account bans due to rule violations will automatically void the warranty. For Game Top-ups, providing the correct Player ID and Server ID is solely the customer's responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, course materials, templates, branding, and content on Micro Wave Creation remain our property.

5. Delivery & Support

Delivery time for digital accounts is usually 5 minutes to 1 hour. Game Top-ups are processed instantly upon successful payment. AI Customer Support is available 24/7. Live Chat (Human Support) is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to assist you.

6. Payments & subscriptions

We accept direct payments through local services like KBZPay and WavePay. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

7. AI products & outputs

Our AI-related products (prompt packs, automations, courses) provide tools and educational content. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use any outputs, verifying accuracy, and having the rights to any input content. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable as regulated professional advice (legal, financial, medical) without independent verification. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content and suspend accounts for violations.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Resellers

Resellers are free to set their own resale prices without any limitations or price controls. However, resellers must ensure their customers adhere to MWC's acceptable use policies.

11. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to create an account and make purchases.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. Any actions taken through your account are your sole responsibility.

14. Third-Party Outages & Force Majeure

MWC is not liable for service delays or failures caused by internet outages, third-party server downtimes (e.g., game servers), or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, legal changes) beyond our reasonable control.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

17. Wallet System Rules

  • Funds added to your MWC Wallet (Top-up Balance) cannot be withdrawn, transferred to bank accounts, or refunded in cash. They can only be used to purchase products and services on our website.
  • If we detect that wallet funds were added using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, the account will be permanently banned, and the balance will be forfeited.

18. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

  • Game Top-ups are strictly non-refundable once delivered to the provided Player ID. Providing the correct Player ID and Server ID is solely the customer's responsibility.
  • Premium Digital Accounts that are defective upon delivery or encounter issues during the warranty period will be replaced.
  • If, for any reason, a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be automatically credited to your MWC Wallet. This wallet balance can be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

19. Pricing & Availability

Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, prices for Game Top-ups and other products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

20. Referral Program Rules

Attempting to manipulate the referral system by creating fake accounts or self-referring to earn bonuses is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their bonuses revoked and their accounts may be permanently banned.

21. User Reviews & Conduct

When posting reviews on our platform, you must not use offensive, abusive, or irrelevant language. MWC reserves the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines without notice.
