Create an MWC account with email/password, Google, or Telegram.

Create your account

Open Login / Sign up, then register with your name, email and password. You can also use Continue with Google or Telegram Login.

When you buy while signed in, checkout can use your saved account name and email, so you only need to add the required contact details.

For security, do not share your password and link each Telegram account to only one web account.

Choose a product, select a package, pay, upload your slip, and submit.

Place an order

1. Open Marketplace and choose a product.
2. Select a package such as 1 Month or 3 Months when available.
3. Read the price, warranty, delivery note and product details.
4. Continue to checkout and add the required contact information.
5. Transfer the exact amount to one of the displayed payment accounts.
6. Upload your payment slip and submit the order.

Orders expire after 30 minutes if payment/slip is not completed.

Signed-in users can view only their own orders.

Check order status

Sign in and open My Orders / Orders. You will see the orders placed by your own account.

For privacy and security, one user cannot view another user's orders. Telegram Bot orders can also appear here after you link the same Telegram account to your website account.

Checkout shows the available payment accounts clearly, and a slip is required.

Payment steps

Choose a payment account on checkout, verify the account number and holder name, then transfer the exact total.

Upload a clear image or PDF slip. The amount, receiver account and transaction time should be readable. Checkout requires a slip before the order can be submitted.

An admin verifies the payment before processing or completing the order.

Use AI Support first, then request a human admin when needed.

Contact support

Use the website chat/support button for quick help. AI Support answers common questions, and Talk to human sends an alert to the admin team through Telegram.

For order issues, include your order code, payment slip, product/package name and a screenshot of the issue so the team can check faster.

Support တောင်းရန်

Website ရဲ့ chat/support button မှတဆင့် မေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ AI Support က common questions တွေကိုချက်ချင်းဖြေပေးပြီး မဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရင် Talk to human ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

Human handoff လုပ်လိုက်တာနဲ့ admin team ထံ Telegram alert ပို့ထားပါတယ်။ Order issue တစ်ခုမေးမယ်ဆိုရင်:

• Order Code
• ငွေလွှဲ Slip
• Product/Package name
• ပြဿနာ Screenshot

တွေကိုတစ်ခါတည်းပို့ပေးရင် ပိုမြန်မြန်စစ်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Use the same Telegram account you use with the MWC store bot.

Link Telegram

Sign in to the website, choose Telegram Login, then allow the same Telegram account you use with the MWC bot.

After linking, Telegram Bot orders can appear under My Orders on the website.

The Telegram Login Widget requires the website domain to be linked with the bot in BotFather. For production, use microwavecreation.com.

Bot မှာဝယ်ထားတဲ့ Order တွေကို Website ထဲမှာမြင်ချင်ရင် Telegram account ကိုချိတ်ထားပါ။

Telegram ချိတ်ရန်

1. MWC Website မှာ Login ဝင်ပါ။
2. Profile သို့မဟုတ် Login page မှာ Telegram Login ကိုရွေးပါ။
3. Bot မှာသုံးနေတဲ့ Telegram account ကိုပဲရွေးပြီး Allow လုပ်ပါ။
4. ချိတ်ပြီးသွားရင် Bot order တွေကို Website ရဲ့ My Orders ထဲမှာပါကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Telegram Login Widget အလုပ်လုပ်ဖို့ BotFather ထဲမှာ website domain ကို microwavecreation.com အဖြစ် link ထားရပါမယ်။ Domain ပြောင်းရင် BotFather မှာလည်းပြန် update လုပ်ပါ။

Delivery and warranty

Most digital products are delivered after payment verification, usually within 5 minutes to 1 hour. Some products or packages may take longer.

Warranty depends on the product and package. Read the product detail page for activation rules, account login warranty, package duration and product-specific usage notes.

Ask support before checkout when any product rule is unclear.

Product တစ်ခုစီရဲ့ detail, warranty, package duration ကို checkout မလုပ်ခင်ဖတ်ပါ။

Delivery နဲ့ Warranty

MWC ရဲ့ digital products အများစုကို payment စစ်ပြီးနောက် များသောအားဖြင့် 5 မိနစ်မှ 1 နာရီ အတွင်းပို့ပေးပါတယ်။ တချို့ product/package တွေမှာ processing time ကွာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Warranty ကို Product detail ထဲမှာဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ condition အတိုင်းသာ အကျုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ:

• Activation link warranty
• Account login warranty
• Package duration warranty
• Product-specific usage rules

HTML ဖြင့်ရေးထားတဲ့ Product detail တွေကို website မှာ clean format နဲ့ပြထားပါတယ်။ မရှင်းတာရှိရင် checkout မလုပ်ခင် support ကိုမေးပါ။

Login ဝင်ထားတဲ့ user က မိမိအကောင့်နဲ့တင်ထားတဲ့ Order တွေကိုပဲကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Order status စစ်ရန်

1. Website ထဲကို Login ဝင်ပါ။
2. My Orders / Orders ကိုဖွင့်ပါ။
3. မိမိ account နဲ့တင်ထားတဲ့ website orders တွေကို status အလိုက်ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
4. Telegram Bot order တွေကိုလည်း Website account နဲ့ Telegram account ချိတ်ထားရင် ဒီနေရာမှာပဲမြင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် user တစ်ယောက်က တခြား user ရဲ့ Order ကိုမကြည့်နိုင်အောင် ကန့်သတ်ထားပါတယ်။

Product တစ်ခုစီမှာ 1 Month, 3 Months စတဲ့ package ကိုရွေးပြီး Order တင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Order တင်ရန်

1. Marketplace ကိုဖွင့်ပြီး ဝယ်ချင်တဲ့ Product ကိုရွေးပါ။
2. Product detail ထဲမှာ package ရှိရင် 1 Month / 3 Months / စသည် ကိုရွေးပါ။
3. Price, warranty, delivery note, product description ကိုဖတ်ပြီး Buy now နှိပ်ပါ။
4. Checkout မှာ contact phone/Viber/Telegram လိုအပ်တာတွေဖြည့်ပါ။
5. Payment account ကိုရွေးပြီး ငွေလွှဲပြီးနောက် slip ကို upload လုပ်ပါ။
6. Place order နှိပ်ပြီး Order Code ကိုမှတ်ထားပါ။

Order expiry ကို 30 မိနစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားပါတယ်။ 30 မိနစ်အတွင်း ငွေလွှဲ/Slip upload မလုပ်ရင် Order ကိုပြန်တင်ရနိုင်ပါတယ်။

MWC account အသစ်ဖွင့်ခြင်း၊ OTP ဖြင့် email အတည်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် login ဝင်ခြင်း။

1. Account ဖွင့်ပါ

Header မှ Sign in ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး Create Account ကိုရွေးပါ။ အမည်၊ အသုံးပြုမည့် email နှင့် အနည်းဆုံး 8 လုံးရှိ password ကိုထည့်ပါ။

2. Email OTP ကိုစစ်ပါ

သင့် email သို့ 6-digit verification code ပို့ပေးပါမည်။ Code သက်တမ်းမှာ 5 မိနစ်ဖြစ်ပြီး မှားယွင်းထည့်နိုင်မှု 5 ကြိမ်အထိသာရှိပါသည်။

3. Verify ပြီးမှ Login ဝင်ပါ

OTP မှန်ကန်ပါက account သည် Active ဖြစ်သွားပြီး Store, Checkout, My Orders နှင့် Learning Portal ကိုအသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါမည်။

Email မရပါက 60 စက္ကန့်စောင့်ပြီး Resend ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ Spam/Junk folder ကိုလည်းစစ်ပါ။

Store မှ product ရွေးခြင်း၊ 1 Month/3 Months package ရွေးခြင်းနှင့် checkout ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။

1. Store မှ Product ရွေးပါ

Store တွင် Product သို့မဟုတ် Game Top-up ကိုရှာပြီး အသေးစိတ်စာမျက်နှာဖွင့်ပါ။ Description, warranty နှင့် package အချက်အလက်ကိုအရင်စစ်ပါ။

2. Package ရွေးပါ

1 Month, 3 Months စသည့်လိုအပ်သော package button ကိုရွေးပါ။ Package တစ်ခုချင်းစီ၏ price, duration နှင့် warranty မတူနိုင်ပါသည်။

3. Checkout ပြုလုပ်ပါ

Login ဝင်ထားပါက register အမည်နှင့် email ကိုအလိုအလျောက်ဖြည့်ပေးပါမည်။ Phone သို့မဟုတ် Telegram contact ကိုဖြည့်ပြီး quantity နှင့် notes ကိုစစ်ပါ။

4. Confirm မလုပ်မီစစ်ပါ

ရွေးထားသော product, package, quantity နှင့် total amount မှန်ကန်ကြောင်းစစ်ပြီးမှ payment ဆက်လုပ်ပါ။

KBZPay/Wave/Bank ဖြင့်ငွေလွှဲခြင်း၊ slip တင်ခြင်းနှင့် ကိုယ်ပိုင် order ကိုကြည့်ခြင်း။

1. Payment Account ရွေးပါ

Checkout တွင်ပြထားသော KBZPay, WavePay သို့မဟုတ် Bank account ကိုရွေးပြီး account number နှင့် holder name ကိုသေချာစစ်ပါ။

2. ငွေလွှဲပြီး Slip တင်ပါ

Transaction reference နှင့် payment screenshot နှစ်ခုလုံးမပါဘဲ order တင်၍မရပါ။ Slip ပုံသည်ရှင်းလင်းပြီး amount, date နှင့် transaction number ဖတ်နိုင်ရပါမည်။

3. 30 မိနစ်အတွင်းပြီးစီးပါ

Slip မတင်ရသေးသော unpaid order သည် 30 မိနစ်ကျော်ပါက expire ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Slip တင်ပြီး review ဝင်သွားသော order ကို expiry မသက်ရောက်ပါ။

4. My Orders မှစစ်ပါ

Header ရှိ profile menu မှ My Orders ကိုဖွင့်ပါ။ လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် login ဝင်ထားသော user သည် မိမိ order များကိုသာမြင်နိုင်ပါသည်။

MWC Telegram Bot မှ Mini App ဖွင့်ခြင်းနှင့် website account ချိတ်ဆက်အသုံးပြုခြင်း။

Mini App ဖွင့်နည်း

MWC Telegram Bot ကိုဖွင့်ပြီး Menu button သို့မဟုတ် Open Store button ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ Mini App သည် Telegram အတွင်းမှ Store ကိုတိုက်ရိုက်ဖွင့်ပေးပါမည်။

Auto Login

Telegram မှပေးသော signed login data ကို server ကစစ်ဆေးပြီး တူညီသော Telegram account နှင့် website account ကိုချိတ်ဆက်ပါမည်။ Telegram password ကို MWC ကမမြင်ရပါ။

Order များတစ်နေရာတည်းကြည့်ရန်

Website Profile တွင် Telegram account ကိုချိတ်ထားပါက Bot နှင့် Web order activity ကို account တစ်ခုတည်းအောက်တွင်စီမံနိုင်ပါမည်။

Mini App ကို Telegram ပြင်ပ browser မှတိုက်ရိုက်ဖွင့်လျှင် Telegram auto-login မရနိုင်သောကြောင့် ပုံမှန် Sign in ကိုအသုံးပြုပါ။

Checkout မှာ KBZPay/Wave/AYA စတဲ့ account တွေကို ထင်ထင်ရှားရှားပြထားပြီး Slip မပါရင် Order မတင်နိုင်ပါ။

Payment လုပ်ရန်

Checkout page မှာ ပြထားတဲ့ payment account တစ်ခုကိုရွေးပါ။ Account name, account number, holder name ကိုစစ်ပြီး ကျသင့်ငွေအတိအကျ လွှဲပါ။

Slip တင်ရာမှာ:

• Slip image သို့မဟုတ် PDF ကို upload လုပ်ပါ။
• Amount, receiver account, transaction time မြင်ရအောင် ရှင်းလင်းတဲ့ slip ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
• Slip မတင်ဘဲ Order submit မလုပ်နိုင်အောင် သတ်မှတ်ထားပါတယ်။

Admin က payment ကိုစစ်ပြီးမှ Order status ကို processing/completed ပြောင်းပေးပါမယ်။

Email/Password, Google သို့မဟုတ် Telegram ဖြင့် MWC account ဖန်တီးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

အကောင့်ဖွင့်ရန်

1. Website ရဲ့ Login / Sign up စာမျက်နှာကို ဖွင့်ပါ။
2. Email, နာမည်, password ထည့်ပြီး Create account နှိပ်ပါ။
3. Google Login သုံးမယ်ဆိုရင် Continue with Google ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
4. Telegram Login သုံးမယ်ဆိုရင် MWC Bot နဲ့သုံးနေတဲ့ Telegram account ကိုပဲရွေးပါ။

အကောင့်ဝင်ထားပြီးဝယ်ရင် Checkout မှာ နာမည်/Email ကို ထပ်ရိုက်စရာမလိုဘဲ account ထဲက အချက်အလက်ကို auto-fill လုပ်ပေးပါတယ်။

လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် password ကို မျှဝေခြင်း မလုပ်ပါနဲ့။ Telegram/Google account တစ်ခုကို web account တစ်ခုတည်းနဲ့သာ ချိတ်ပါ။
